Within the stores today yo can find Sony TVs in all sizes, widths and with so many different features. To help you choose we have incorporated three most popular models to go over.

The plasma works well if you live in a dorm room, apartment or have a smaller living area to watch TV in. These can be placed many areas a wider and heavier TV could not. They are lightweight and thin with a depth of 6 inches. You can purchase them in the small 42 inch version or go all out and get the big boy of them all in 60 inches.

Plasma new model sets can also help our carbon footprints a little too. As these are very efficient and energy wise. They do not use half the power older models can.

The cons of these sets are the problem with ghost shadowing where a picture that is paused too long on the screen can become a pert of the screen sometimes permanently if left too long. It is also very reflective in the screen and does produce glaring in brightened rooms. This can interrupt your viewing quality.

The expansive viewing of a Sony front Projection TV is like having your very own theater at home. Just think what your favorite show or sports event would look, like on the huge screen.

The screen size can be as large as you want it to be up to 200 inches. You buy the screens separately from the projectors. The projection TV is then set up to show on the screen size you purchased.

Picture quality in these is great as is the view for everyone watching. The extra money you have to spend to actually get it working though is a major factor to take in.

You will need to buy a home theater system with speakers and amplifier as the system itself has no capability for audio. To watch movies you will then need to buy a DVD system and to watch your favorite shows on television you will need a cable or satellite box.

For excellent high definition pictures and quality there is no other choice than the Sony LCD set. You can place these over mantles, on walls or on the classic TV stand. They are so light in weight and thin so they are easily adapted to just about any space and you can find some 100 inch screens in specialized store instead of the largest 60 inch ones.

Believe it or not these Sony TVs in LCD have now been shown in some select stores with 100 inch screen sizes. Most are found with the usual 60 inch being the largest though. These Lcd's have no bad qualities to them and would be the one I would chose for myself.
